Today we had the pleasure of holding our first intercontinental community workshop, held in collaboration with the Westbury Art Group, a community group based in Wandsworth, London. The workshop, led by artists Erica Parret and Brian McClure, brought together residents of the local Wandsworth community with members of our community in Poconche, creating a unique and enriching artistic experience for all participants.
The two-hour workshop allowed attendees to explore new forms of artistic expression, creating connections through art. It was an opportunity to strengthen the connection between our communities, fostering cultural and creative exchange.
Hoping this collaboration continues, I pledge to reach out to some Atacama residents interested in participating and joining future virtual meetings with the Clapham group. We're excited about what this exchange can generate in terms of creativity, learning, and friendship.
