As part of our working process, we are keen to engage with and get to know people who want to become involved with our project. As we begin to establish our ways of working, we will want to work with local people/artists)/art institutions and international artists. They should try for instance to start arts workshops within communities, engaging and inspiring all sections of the society and trigger new ways of thinking in a reflective way. Children, youth, adults, the homeless, those in recovery and those with other special needs. With this in mind we will need to build a pool of volunteers able to work in many different fields as science, architecture, art. They should be able to work intuitively with sensitivity and respectfully for given situations in the Andes region.
